It's taken a while but finally we give the mighty Shadow Star in colour!She's an old ship but with extensive internal upgrades. At 350m she's not a small girl by any means but the R15J's were renowned for being incredibly agile for their size.
Paige and her crew work hard to keep her flying and has yet to let them down on a mission.
There are some not so subtle nods to couple of things in this image. The main one being the 'Eddie' logo from the Iron Maiden album A Matter of Life and Death on the bow.
The name of the ship was inspired by the Iron Maiden song 'Speed of Light'.
