Here is a map I made today of Nonestica, the land of Oz. I made this out of sheer boredom. It is based off of B.L. De Vito's recreation of Professor H.M. Wogglebug, T.E.'s original map of Nonestica (I could not find a high res version of the original to work off of). I made this map in Tolkien style, like the Middle Earth map. Originally I was going make this map in the style that World of Warcraft maps are but discovered that I do not have the knowledge to create that. Everything was hand drawn with the exception of placenames, the outer boarder and the compass. Made in Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended.Compass Rose image thanks to Fuzzimo. [link]

In my fan-fic, I stated that an all-out thermonuclear war long ago was responsible for the deserts & for many of the phenomena of Oz. It started in Winkie Land and spread.
