Bio: Rayless Tides is one of those who has plenty of acquaintances, but not a lot of actual friends. Although they are not a Grottoling of many words, they are a very smooth talker, and very aloof. Very wary of everyone, it takes a lot of time to gain their trust and get them to actually start opening up. Preferring to stay below the radar, Ray is not known to express a lot of opinions, but is known to have excellent judgement.

Ray has a great work ethic, and is very meticulous about details. You can very well expect their home to be spotlessly clean almost 24/7. Always punctual, Ray always shows up to any meeting exactly on time. However, being as quiet as they are, it is not uncommon for Grottolings to not notice their presence until they speak to them, often creeping others out initially, especially with his almost perpetual neutral expression.

As probably noticed on the ref, they have an unofficial adoptive son, 'Patch' Aeacus . This odd relationship is rather accidental. Rayless first encountered Little Aeacus during a Bonfire Harvest Festival. It was a rather fleeting encounter, and lasted only a few seconds. Rayless was curious about the young 'Weaver, and kept an eye out for him ever since. As for Aeacus, the youngster had always felt like an outcast, and never had he met someone who just looked so much like him, and felt a strange attraction to Rayless. The latter finally managed to catch Aeacus spying on them in the bushes during a walk out at night. Aeacus ended up following Rayless home, but was far too scared and shy to reveal his name for a long time coming. Rayless ended up giving them the nickname 'Patch' before learning his real name. Now, they share a very close relationship, being that both Patch and Rayless has few friends, they value each other's company very much.

Relationships with my other Grottolings:
Firestorm: Has seen him on duty a few times.
Aura Light: Has seen her during festivals with her best friends often. Has traded with her a few times, too.
Autumn Breeze: Often sees her either with her friends or bustling around during BrewBashes on different duties.
Tranquil Mist 'Riverstone Soul': Friends. Tranquil was the therapist who helped Patch get comfortable and was one of the only ones who could really soothe him.
Minty Breeze: Caught a few glimpses of him with his older sister, Autumn Breeze.
Emerald Spark: Has seen him often with his friends and on patrol duty.
Aeacus: Unofficially adopted son, explained in bio.

Other notes:
- A very exasperated and awkward but very happy parent.
- They are Asexual/Panromantic, but has long since left any sort of love life. They are very content raising Patch on their own.
- They would prefer to go out during the cool of dusk and night.
