I love this! I find it amazing that you actually used curves in drawing him, yet he still has that sleek and sharp Decepticon look to him.

That was the hardest part of the design, I'm not used to drawing Soundwave that much, but I tried to manage to get his sleek design right...after all he is one my most favorite characters in the Transformers series.
