Really why? Also Brutal doom made it where i cant look at them the same way i did be for cause be for i was just like " Look it's the Big-mouth floating thingies! " now it's like " do NOT eat my face! :

yeah, but now with more Mods out there, new cacodemons monster are starting to look much scarier compare to their original counterpart.
