Description
This is the blank application for an NPC (SPECTATOR) TRAINER.

Filling it out:
Feel free to use the leaders', assistants', and other admin NPCs' for guidance.
A full body shot should go in the IDENTIFICATION box.
Common expressions with your character go in the EXPRESSION boxes.
A short, sweet insight into your character goes in PERSONAL STATEMENT.
In the circle goes your faction emblem
And anything you wish; sketches, alternate outfits, important details, go in EXTRA (if there is nothing, you may leave it blank)
For the Pokemon, the EXTRA slot can be anything: accessories, trait, etc.

Everything else is self explanatory.

BEFORE YOU FILL THIS OUT!!!

NPCs are allowed all three of their Pokemon right off the bat, but three Pokemon is their MAXIMUM. If you'd like to develop your character, or gain Normal types if you are not from Epicent City, I would advise you start with less Pokemon.
They may be evolved, at their final stage or otherwise.
DO NOT include held items at this time.

And as a reminder, YES, DUAL TYPES ARE ALLOWED. Say you want a Bulbasaur--because it is part GRASS and POISON, you can have a Bulbasaur in either CITA ERBONDE, or MOERAS.
