Decided to upload something other then Devil May Cry or Gurren Lagann related, even though I have a whole arsenal of amazing pictures to post. Give me time my sweets.
So, so so. THIS! is Ahiru from the adorable, fantastic series Princess Tutu. If you haven't seen it I high recommend it. Trust me when I say it isn't what you think it is.
I love Ahiru and her antics. She is such a lovable character and I'm happy I got to cosplay her.

Duck! Man I love this series so much. This makes me want to go back and watch it again. So she's definitely on my list of characters I want to cosplay, so if you don't mind me asking, did you alter a store pattern or did you draft up your own? And how did you get the sleeve to poof so well? o_O Did you put anything in it, interface at all? or just let it go and hope it held?
sorry for the questions, hope you don't mind. I always love seeing how everyone else makes things and try to use that to make myself better.
Definitely a wonderful cosplay though. Actually all of your cosplays are really great.

Thanks! I love the series too. I did alter a few store bought patterns and then put them together. The material is used is pretty stiff so when I gathered the sleeve poofs they stay up by themselves. Good luck!!

Thanks! I love the designs in Kaleido Star, but I couldn't get into it while watching it. :/ It's a shame because the outfits are sooooo awesome! (And I have a poster of it in my room) lol.

Why couldn't you get into it? I even got into a trapeze class because of it! Not that I'm any good at it... But the costumes are wonderful!

This is wonderful! The wig is so perfectly styled and the costume is amazingly done!I'm so happy you coslayed Ahiru. You don't see her too often at cons. Princess TuTu needs more love. People always assume its just going to another magical girl anime, but that couldn't be farther from the truth!

Ho mai. This is most unexpected! I've been...per say...a closet Princess Tutu fan for over a year. The series is adorable, and so is your cosplay! Nice work, especially on your adaption of her hair, as I imagine it'd be difficult to achieve...I can't imagine how one might go about her swan princess mode hairdo. XD
