Who's excited about Devil May Cry 4?! I know I AM!! I'm still waiting for my copy to come, and actually this costume is what got me that copy. Oh hohohoho.Anyways, I noticed yesterday that I never uploaded a full body shot, or even a front shot, of this costume. Bad Bad me. Plus this costume has been done for almost a year too, so I guess I better upload something. XD
In case you didn't know, this is Lady from the game Devil May Cry 3. I made this and the Dante costume (which can be found in my gallery) for Wondercon 07. We actually walked away with an award too. ^^ I have a LOT of good Devil May Cry related memories with this costume and I can't wait to do something from DMC 4. Ooooooo exciting yes!?

Hey! I love your cosplay! theres so many shite lady cosplays out there. but yours is really good.

Um, I don't have many tips. For the shit I got a dress shirt pattern and then just changed the length of the shirt and the sleeves. I also used snaps because, ugh at making that many button holes! I'm sure you can also find a plan white shirt and alter it too.
For the boots, I think she might. I don't remember off the top of my head, but I really didn't want to spend the extra time and money to find purple laces. XD

Yup! I make all my own stuff. I used a pattern for the shorts and used a lycra so they are easy on and off. The shirt I made too just because I'm lazy in not wanting to drive around town to find one I liked. Though I'm sure if you bought a dress shirt you could easily modify it.

I was planning to cosplay her on the Video Games Live now im september, but her weapon would take some time to make, and I just have one month D: so I'll cosplay Roxas, from Kingdom Hearts II instead xD

Tee hee thanks! For the scar I used some brown eye shadows and blushes to get the look. I know they make scar makeup, but I didn't know that at the time.
