Description
For a 2:2 blind trade with the lovely .So we settled on our themes, mentioning the fandoms but not specific characters. Her favorite in Sailor Moon is Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn. And since Saturn is a summer planet in the Northern Hemisphere, I thought it'd be appropriate to show her having fun at a summer festival. X_x unfortunately my fireworks were a total failure. XD and I damaged the paper near the hair from being too aggressive. I need to learn some hair coloring technique...

Yes, the ribbon.. I remembered seeing her with a red ribbon before in the anime. I think it was when she was little with her father.
