my modulator boye!

yes, i'm still into civil defense/warning sirens, i might be in the "fandom" for a while.
this is the design for a humanoid!Modulator meant for Civil Defenders, an anime i'm thinking of creating, about people that can turn into advanced combat robots modeled after the siren they represent.
in CD, Modulator is more of an ambivert than EOWS 612 and can attack using all signals, just like his real-life counterpart.

note: Modulator isn't a human, he's an advanced combat robot meant for defending civilians, just like the rest of the Civil Defenders.

Civil Defenders belongs to me.
The Modulator siren and all of its models belong to Federal Signal.
