(ps1 startup sound)This is Penny, she is the personification of the PlayStation in the World of Windows series, and she has redesigns for the PS2, PS3, and the PS4, this is her PS1 design. She will be really sassy and sarcastic when you meet her, but when you really get to know her, she's still sarcastic, but actually really nice and a cool person in general.
the PlayStation belongs to Sony.
Only World of Windows, the art, and the design belongs to me.
