Okay there are a few things to this one.1) no lineart release due to how closely this runs with Nichodo's Mars Class
2) I briefly entertained the idea of a Miranda Class roll bar underneath but I felt that would take out of the Frigate class and put her into a Destroyer role
3) As I mentioned this closely resembles the Mars Class which makes sense in terms of in universe design theory and cost cutting as it's easier to reuse the same tried and true parts already in use
4) if you guys really really really want the lineart for this I will release it when I have time.

I personally think she looks more aggressive in her refit form. Almost like daring the Klingons to cross the Neutral Zone.

Also my Mars class would have been built DURING the Tomed incident and would have continue well into the Dominion War.

Well then I think it would be safe to say that the Perry Class would likely serve as a basis for design if it were to exist at all in your timeline. Like I said Starfleet likes reusing what they know already works and in some cases improve upon said designs.

And some Miranda ships would have been fitted with the front section with the Deflector in my Version of the Dominion War.
