Description
To travelers to Japan:1. Before boarding your flight, please buy a 500ml bottled water and a packet of batteries
2. When you land at Narita or Haneda airport, drop them off at the H.I.S collection counter (please make sure the items remain sealed)
3. Trucks will be organized to deliver these much needed items to designated shuttles

Oh, I wish I had seen this earlier... because we had three japanese visitors here, so we could give them water bottles and battery before they went back to home -_-
