Description
Continued from Not Really Persian ...I usually prefer less-wavy hair on Layla as it suits her ambiguous origins, but this one looks pretty cool.

Thank you! There's a few things I've learned since then, so there's a temptation to render it again, but...
It's probably a bad idea.

You're welcome! You can always re-render the image again, but change a few things so it can have a different feel from what you've already posted.
Actually that would be a great idea lol

Thank you. Funny coincidence: I watched Moana later and the main character's hair model was somewhat similar. It was incredible, actually much better looking than this, but made me appreciate the hair model used here even more. So I might stick with it for awhile.

Crom, I have never prayed to you before. I have no tongue for it. But I ask you now to make sure that Conan the Musical never becomes reality! And if you do not listen- Oh, one more thing: I would also ask that you stop directors from wasting time on Conan origin stories as they are pointless, do nothing for the character, and waste good or, at least, interesting actors. And if you do not listen- Oh, wait. Ron Perlman, Stephen Lang, and Jason Momoa wasted, too? The hell with you. Just... the hell with you. Where is Red Nails, hm? Yeah, that's what I thought. The hell with you.

If you watch the extra footage on the Jason Momoa version, they did consider Red Nails, but decided they couldn't make a feature length film from it. ...They should have asked Peter Jackson what he had planned for The Hobbit trilogy. Clearly, he knows how to pad out a script.
...and I thought Perlman was perfect for the voice of Conan in the video game.

I was talking about about the Red Nails animated film that never made it out of development. Ron Perlman was voicing Conan for it, but yeah, at least we got him in the Xbox 360 game. He was cool as Conan's father, too, in the latest movie, but Conan himself works best the way REH wrote him which was kinda like Fleming's Bond. You know his name, what he stands for, now get on with it - no deep emotional backstory needed. I also really liked Momoa. He nailed it. The film just didn't feel right, though, and fell apart in the third act. And now there's talk of Arnold coming back for King Conan which doesn't interest me as long as Arnold plays the part (in spite of me liking Schwarzenegger in almost everything else). Once was enough (The Destroyer does not exist; it was a bad dream. That's all).
Sorry to go on. It's just one of the few literary characters I get all nerdy and opinionated about. Same deal with Wolverine and Mystique, my two absolute favorite Marvel characters.

Don't be sorry, Clint!
It was a pleasure to read, and actually inspired me to answer ...which I hardly ever do anymore (my spelling is really going south)
...and I won't mention Predator, the Opera.
