Mainly for Fireicenightmare , a tutorial on making a winx in Paint.net.REMEMBER! When dump bucketing, if it fills in too much/too little, ADJUST THE TOLERANCE!!!!!!!

Interesting that I found this. This is my go to program for everything. There aren't too many tutorials for this program on here. It isn't very well known. I figured out a way to fake couture hair.

Oh but it's still a good program to use but Painttool.SAI is better but I am used to using Paint.NET more.

Both are great programs. It really just depends on what your drawing at the moment.
