I hope I got the design right, because the refs I used had some differences in character features and had wings and tail design differences. :0
But anyway, I like this one lots, had fun making it, though the anatomy is flawed, I worked most on the color aspects and tried to create a smooth style with the line coloring and gradients.
I had fun creating the outfit and stuff, the pose seemed right too.

This is gorgeous! Those eyes are so beautiful, and the perspective is outstanding, especially on the tail. I like how you've shading this, and the detail you've put in on those dreads plus the strands of black, and white hair is amazing. Also those pants are to fabulous for words.
Such bright gorgeous eyes, and the pink makeup around them making the blue shine all the more brighter. I'm also liking how you colored some of the line work, and I like those luscious lips.

I agree with Cginator- the perspective is most definitely one of the best things about this. The anatomy doesn't look bad to me at all- it looks kind of elongated, but that fits with the style and perspective, and again, is one of my favourite parts.
This character really works well in your style- the colours are wonderful.
