I think I had the idea floating around in my head ever since I saw people take photos of paintings to submit them here. So what are they submitting, a photo or a painting?

As you say, very modern Escheresque. It also reminds me a particular literary element that I cannot recall the name of--it's the person reading a book inside the novel that you are reading---that type of thing. Great concept, great work!

Yes, exactly! There's a specific word for it, I learned it in a lit class and I can't for the life of me remember it--But I think it makes for a GREAT visual as well. I hope you're proud of this
