Great work! It amazes me how you can make these look so much like a traditional painting. One day I'm going to ask you for your secret technique. LOL You really outdid yourself with this one. I wouldn't have noticed her feet if I hadn't been looking for it.

oh .. well I do a LOT of painting on pieces... no, I don't use the "paint filters" at all .. after I do the painting then I use textures .. I think I used 3 on that one .. low opacity, and I desaturate them quite a bit .. you have to just play with different ones .. some look good on one and yet not on another ..

I suppose when you do it so much you get faster at it. I know it took me five days to paint a head shot. Good idea to use textures! I hadn't thought of that. Thanks for the info!
