I randomly got this idea while doing a bit of a review of Kelley Armstrong's The Awakening.Here's an excerpt from it:
When Derek saved Chloe from the street girl with the scar? Did anyone else think of prince Adam (Beast) from Beauty and the Beast?!
What Actually Happened:
Derek: Did I not tell you to stay put?
Chloe: Yes, but
Derek: DID I NOT TELL YOU TO STAY PUT!?
Imagine if you will, Derek cosplaying as the Beast and Chloe as Belle:
Derek: *Slams on the door* I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU TO COME DOWN TO DINNER!

Just go to Borders or Barnes&Noble and say tell them you're looking for Blood and Iron. Praying for Mercy is the first one, Moon Called is the second I believe and I can't remember the third. The author is Patricia Briggs. I managed to find it in Halfprice Books oddly enough.
And no, I haven't started it yet, I'm trying to finish City of Glass <333

I can totally see this! I'm reading The Awakening right now actually. Lucky for me, I've already read this far int the book. I just can't get over the way Derek and Tori act. I mean come on, just lighten up a little will ya. Godd job on this.

Both Tori and Derek have their reasons for being mean people. Derek, I find, more than Tori. Tori's mom is a nasty old hag that treated her daughter like crap, so Tori, being the oh-so-(not)-mature teenager that she is, is throwing her hate at the world.
Derek on the other hand actually has a social disorder, not to mention the whole Werewolf thing doesn't really help the anger issues either. It's like a constant man PMS lol

Adam was his name? Geez... First his transformation is less attractive than his beast self, and then his name is less attractive XD
Though maybe that's just 'cause the only Adam I knew was a big-eared friend I had when I was like 6.

Ahahaha! I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought his "true" human self was sketchy looking. I always laugh hysterically when he does the dramatic turn-around and stare.
