Decided to join a DTIYS of stryriis's on Instagram!
Yes, I know that I have commissions to work on, and I'm mad at myself for taking so long working on them, but... I couldn't stop myself with this one. The original picture was just so cute, and I really wanted to try a lineless style again, so this was a perfect opportunity for it!
Man, this was actually pretty fun to draw. So many little details, absolutely loved to draw that shiny, golden horn, and that fluffy chest! And I also learned quite a bit on how to draw some things, like the plastic cup. And yes, each of those limes (I think they're limes?) at the bottom where shaded individually. It didn't take as long as you'd think it would.
Honestly, because of this, I might start drawing more lineless art. It's so much fun to figure out how to separate parts of the body with shading and lighting, and since I don't have to do lineart, I can go straight into colors and shading, which is my favorite part of drawing.
