Hands... hands and feet are my arch rivals... they taunt and mock me each time I Attempt to draw them!

I have only drawn 1 foot in the last 3 months. Lol. Shoes don't count. Although I think people look much better wearing shoes regardless of the situation.

Great study! I've been there in 1997, I've worked very hard by making a lot of hands and feet and it paid off after for me. Before 1997, the hands were weaks in my drawings and paintings, now I'm satisfied with the full anatomy of my characters. I notice some almost perfect work here but the hands are too small or not well proportionate. I checked them out. Those are some pretty good hands. I've tried many strategies, this is my newest study on a different strategy.

The articulated hand mannequin in wood can be a great model (I never had it) or you just have to observe your own hand and draw it or draw your friend's hands, that is what I did back in 97. I still have my wood mannequin, the entire body for the proportions, it really help too.

Always aim to improve. Every piece I try to see the issue and learn how to fix/ make it better.
