Overall, this is just about excellent! I must say this is really damn hot! The anatomy is excellent, the use of different art tools is excellent. There isn't much off about this, the hands are a little small, and it could use more shading, but overall I'm impressed. I myself am already loving this. It's not just the anatomy of the different use of tools that impresses me, I also like the jewelry Sally happens to have on (necklace, earrings, etc.) as well as the long red hair of the character. Both of those on Sally make this piece really damn hot.

Before I start critiquing this, I've got to say that the anatomy is great.
I had a bit of trouble looking at her eyes, eye whites aren't usually pure white... Even in a realistic Portrait the eyes are usually grey, but in a simplified style like this, you can get away with it, however in this I think a greyish shadow below the eyelid would help.
The line work is not very confident... looks a rough sketch, I suggest cleaning up on that.
I quite like her gloves, but I can't help but notice it looks a bit rushed, almost like the gloves are actually painted on instead of being on her hands.
Gloves like that would come off more as soft.
Other than all that, it's actually pretty nice...
