Anyways, this is the Hemomancer Icon. A hemomancer manipulates blood, not death like the necro, though I do concider them cousin schoolings.

A hemomancer is much like a doctor, but is also an assassin in that way as well, as their knowledge of blood allows them to target opponents weaknesses to viruses, poisons, bacteria, and so forth. As they learn about the body, they evenutally learn to manipulate their own body into whatever they desire, but as that section is delved into more deeply, the more mutated the Hemomancer becomes.
Once the Hemoancer masters the blood, they can manipulate the dead in ways the necromancer cannot.

The hemomancer is often sought out for inclicting pain onto enemy capters for information, as the mancer can force pain onto the target even if they feel no pain, the pain can grow to the mancers will, but must be careful not to make his victim pass out from intense pain.

Edits: fixed a few minor things, moon doesnt look pixilated anymore, the blood from the jaw isnt cut off at the bottom
