Any critiques welcome on this or other pieces, that's how to improve after all!*
I really love energetic dynamic poses despite the difficulties...it makes me all the more in awe of professionals who can just easily ( I guess?) pull all these cool poses off! Even with with references to guide me (especially for hands) I can feel like I'm just barely making it passable. Well, practice, practice, practice!

So my older daughter and I go through this "Draw With Mom" book every Sunday pretty much, and for matching friend shirts we both did Sonic LOL..

.What better way to show friendship than through Sonic and Tails? In any case hers and mine are here...

My original inspiration for this pose came from this Pinterest pic. and did my own take trying to use reference with my collectible figures, pipe cleaner figures and family especially for the hands for reference, but though that helped me not have so wonky anatomy, I don't think I managed as good as eye flow or composition as the original

...Oh well, it least it gave me some good drawing practice after having not drawn anything much besides this off and and on for three weeks while working on my Boom Amy house. It was good to get some Tails practice too before drawing him when he shows up comic-wise too.

Anyway, I hope to get my deviantart "penpals" written soon now too...

And of course Sonic and Tails belong to SEGA and Sonic Team.
