Looks like a part of the Avengers Tower, with the holograms and blueprints (just like in... The Avengers, I believe?).

Guys I know that you know this is amazing but... I spend some time studying it and it is beyond AWESOME. The details, out of focus glass of wine, lights, holograms. Book and blanket on the chair and scattered papers on the floor, dirty windows
