How did you achieve the lighting effects if you don't mind me asking? I'm about to begin working on a cyberpunk piece, and I haven't the slightest clue

Hey there! thanks Eh, the lighting effects are very straightforward. But Color dodge in Photoshop works like a charm. Also. After the paitning was done, I duplicated the painting on a new layer, added a slight blur to it and then switche the layer mode to Lighten. That way the lights will have this nice "blooming" effect
