Depiction of the Great Saviour in the night sky, as the Starborn - Cynder the Dragoness - 1704 A.R.

This is probably one of the most precious and unique pieces ever painted, done by the saviour of the realm and Spyro's mate: Cynder the black dragoness, for the 700th anniversary of the purple dragon's death.
The painting has been produced utilising classical methods that the author herself studied during the second period of her life. It's also clearly visible the appreciation and study of classical symbolism.
First, let's start with the title analysis: the name comes from a special epitome given to the Saviour: Born from the Stars.
Scholars always tied with a strong bond Ancestors and the Stars, making it logical that, being the purple dragons also being defined as 'Gift of the Ancestors', to give this title to Spyro.
Cynder though confined this symbolism only in the constellation embracing the figure, while the unnumbered stars in the background are a representation of their legacy: sons, daughters and descendants.
We can also reconnect the night sky to the author herself, which was a constant presence in the purple dragon's life, offering guidance and comfort.
Also, the presence of Cynder in the background can also be read as an even deeper meaning: motherhood.
In fact, Cynder's main occupation after the Saviour's passing was( and still is )to care for all her family and the young generations of dragons being brought to the temple each year to receive education and training.
