Nope, thinking ahead of time, Natasha told the troops they had on their side (Before the order went out) to place a tag on their armor that Tony had made so that the GoF didn't commit friendly fire.

Logan did of course do his best to knock out many of the controlled troopers but found that was harder to do and it was putting the padawans at risk, Natasha understood it but she didn't like the fact this happened in the first place even more.
