Say hello to Doctor Doom. Like, he has his PhD and everything. Also his name is actually Victor Von Doom, so I'm not sure why his bad guy name isn't Professor Von Doom, but who knows with these dudes? They cray.

Anyway, you may be thinking "hey, that guy is a Fantastic Four villain!", and you'd be right, but he has also fought and menaced and no-goodniked the Avengers many times. Victor likes to stay busy. He also likes to rant about the insolence of his inferiors.

Speaking of busy, he's also the tyrannical monarch of a small European nation called Latveria. How does he make the time? Maybe he can give up villainy and try writing tome management books? Just spitballing here.
