Description I discovered an artist one day, . She does some beautiful fantasy artwork. I was so taken with her colored pencil drawings and watercolors, that I decided to make an Apo (or UF) gradient pack from some of her work. I hope you enjoy them.

Check out ~Haalu 's gallery ([link] ). I think you might enjoy it!

Would you be able to create a tutorial on how to create gradients within Apophysis please.

It's real easy to create a gradient in Apophysis.  I'm not sure it needs a tutorial.  All you do is create a flame you like in Apo, then open the Gradient window.  Click on the "Smooth Palette" icon in the Gradients window (or right-click on the color bar of the Gradient itself).  It will open a browser window and you just browse to an image whose colors you would like to use to make the gradient and click on it to open it.  After a few seconds, a new gradient color bar will appear in the Gradient window.  Then right click on the Gradient color bar itself and choose "Save Gradient".  It will open the folder where you told Apo your gradients live and you can then name it and save it, either as a stand alone gradient or as one in a collection of gradients that you already have (.ugr file).

Hope this helps.

Thank you, Helena. I had asked her awhile back if she would mind me making a gradient pack with her work. She generously agreed. I'm just sorry it took me this long to post it. I hope you can put it to good use.

If you get the chance, go check out her gallery. She has a nice sense of color, I think. But then, I've always been fond of bold or bright colors, and most of her work is right up my alley.

Thanks, Lea! I would love to see what you do with them. I have played with them some and what you may need to do with some of them is just play with the brightness, contrast, and/or saturation. Since I did most of these from her pencil drawings, they may need a little "popping".

I hope you enjoy the "link". Lea. I really like her use of colors.

s and s!
