Description
This is meant to be one of my transitional pieces illustrating the passing of one season into another, in this case autumn into winter. The fairy pictured in this scene represents autumn, and she is traveling back to her home across the river until her time comes round again next year, as the first snow fall of the year has just begun to fall. To me that was always the moment when it officially stops being autumn and starts being winter, and so it is here in this scene as well. Stock used here comes from *mizzd-stock for the fairy and sxc for the river background.
