i really like your blending techniques between the conte and chalk and such...it looks almost metallic...really cool!

I really like the brown in the mix, adds a really smokey feel. The use of charcoal is great, I'm trying to use it too but to no avail. You did great!

thanks!! charcoal can be really fun to use (and really frustrating sometimes). i find i do best when i stop caring about mistakes and just make a mess, using accidents and screw ups to my advantage.
