I love this! Blue is my favorite color and she is every lovely shade of it. Her sitting in the middle of winter with a blue butterfly is very pretty scene. You did an amazing job!

She has such a wonderful color scheme, so vibrant and so many interesting shades of blue, white, and kinda gradients and shades in-between.
The character also has a cute expression, lovely curves, and I like some of the sheens and shine effects on her, really makes the color stand out.
Even though this is a "flat" color, you did a really good job on making it stand out really well; I bet a full color of this character would look amazing.
