Love all the varying shades of blue on the character, and also the blueish "glow" halo around the character. The outfit is an interesting choice, very Greek and/or priestess looking.
The mid air pose looks great, the sky and night backgrounds behind her look fantastic; I really like the sheen (shine) in the head hair that reflects the blue light around her, the expression is very calm and collected looking.
The shackles/chains around the wrists are interesting, not sure why they are there; though from the outfit, wings, and glow I'd guess this is meant to be kinda an angel like figure, I wonder what the chains mean in combination.
