I thought I'd try a short MLP comic. Something so cute seems a natural for my art, so I figured it'd be fun. And it was.
Here, Fluttershy thinks her new friend "Harry" (Hairy, get it?) is adorably cute. And as a tarantula owner myself, I agree with her! XD However, not everyone shares our adoration of hairy things with lots of legs. I thought Rarity would be the one who would be most freaked out by a giant spider, no matter how cute. But of course, she still tries to stay polite.

I'm not much of a fan of spiders, but I make an exception for Tarantulas because I grew up watching videos about them, so I know what to expect from them.

HEY!!!.....Tarantulas are the best pet ever. They're harmless and are cool to have crawling around you. I just wish my mother thought the same way~ :/

I had a horrible fear of spiders. Fortunately for the spider lovers on this page, my fear of enclosed spaces smaller than an elevator is even more severe.
So...only you, Fluttershy.

I'd back away slowly. Even if it was behind glass, I wouldn't go near it. When it comes to house spiders, I have an out-of-sight-out-of-mind take on them. As long as I don't see them, I'm cool. But if I do see them, I use the butt of my katana scabbard to crush them.
Or my cat eats them.

Well.... I'm not afraid of spiders (not that much) but I don't like them.... why? Simply... whenever I try to look at them in the zoos or anything like that they're total bitches.... the last time one of them jumped at the window the moment I looked at it.... So I have to say....
