Art trade with I want to apologize that i couldn't make it exactly how you wanted but i hope this is close enough.
I have decided to not to art trades or commissions anymore, and it's because i never realized how limited i am in skill when it comes to making images and understanding instructions
Disclaimer: I know nothing about how the staff works so if it glowing goes against the lore somehow i apologize. I also know that her tail doesn't have the bands around it, i have no idea how to put the rings around the advanced version of her tail

The visual effects are gorgeous despite your frustrations mate. Personally i think the glow is coming from Krystal giving thanks for the opportunity to enjoy the moment. And I think fox tails look better when they're not weighed down by clothing or jewelry.
The only critique I can think of is the absence of her hair and tail fur showing some kind of interaction if she is supposed to be 'in the wind'.

well a simple way would be to show them 'bending in the direction the wind blows'. Much the same way that tall blades of grass would bend in ripple like waves. ^_^
Her tail fur could have the ripple effect at a fast pace while her hair would just trail in the given direction.
Hope that helps create ideas.

You cannot edit mesh in daz3d so you literally cant make that effect, i know how i would have done it i am saying that this krystal model doesn't have the modifiers to actually adjust like that.
