What I don't understand is how Soos didn't see the warning signs.
WARNING: SPOILERS!
1st. The box came with a note that said to destroy the disk.
2nd. 'Anything can Hadplen'.
3rd. Giffany can actually talk to Soos. And I'm not talking about talking like Siri or Cortana.
4. Soos himself said that thing were getting weired (hence, the red flag thing).

Giffany was a interesting character, and though she was a Yandere i am a little sad that it looks like we won't be seeing her again, Then again i find it kind of strange that destroying her disk killed her when she seemed to of already uploaded herself into several different devices, if she was a Tsukumogami then it would of made sense.
Either way i liked Giffany more then i liked Melody, there is something about Melody that makes me not trust her.

Out of all the season 2 episodes of Gravity Falls that came out so far.
"Into the Bunker", "The Golf War" and this episode "Soos and the Real Girl" have become my all time favorite episodes! Giffany was too cute in this episode! ^_^

Well, I feel better now, since I was able to come up with a theory that she didn't die, but only had her powers temporarily detained.
Even though her game and virtual world were destroyed, Giffany had become her own separate entity, and could live on without the game.
After her game disc remains were scraped off the pizza oven, they accidentally came into contact with an outlet, and the surge of electricity gave Giffany the power to escape, though her powers were crippled to some extent.
She could no longer jump from one device to another, and she could no longer control electronics remotely. She can still control multiple devices at once, but only through wired connections, and she can only travel between devices through use of a connector.
Someday she'll come back for Soos, and next time, she won't have her game holding her back...

Well i am glad you liked that picture i found, even though Giffany was a Yandere i still feel sorry for the character, and your theory does sound interesting, i said it before but i found it weird that she still needed the game disk after she uploaded herself into so many different machine's.
It wasn't like she was a Tsukumogami after all, and i do know of at least one Yandere that ended up with the guy in the end, though that was the most powerful known Yandere character.
On another note i would like to state that i have a feeling that Melody can't be trusted.

Yeah: I see that as a clue to us that she isn't actually dead.
She'll be back some way or another, and next time, I imagine Soos will have felt regret for destroying her, since he only did so to save his friends. He'll give her a chance to show she can be normal and not totally psycho-bananas. Because, even though she's a machine, that doesn't mean she isn't human.

I just find Melody a little strange, she runs a food cart in the mall which should have it's own food court, she first talk's to him while he is playing on a toy train and seems to have a lot in common with him, and she even agree's to a date.
after the date she claimed to of had been on a worse date and agrees to go the Reggies wedding with Soos, maybe i am just being parodied about it because of those secret agents being around and people noticing what looks to be a listing device hidden in the Mystery Shack, but this just seems just a little too perfect for Soos and at such a convent time.

Remember back in Sock Opera when Bill took over Dipper's body and fell down the stares, which leads to dipper going after him?
Well people have noticed that when dipper is going though the floor that under the floorboards is a small box with a antenna on it, and that the box has the same symbol the government agents had on there card.

I just recently came up with another idea based on this person's drawing:

Yeah i seen that one, i could see Bill making some type of deal with her and her going back after Soos, though what deal i don't know, maybe let the Shape Shifter out.

What I see is that Bill agrees to make her human, since Giffany believes that's the reason why Soos dumped her.
Bill said he would let her know when she has to return the favor.
She finds the Mystery Shack and greets Soos, and even though everyone is shocked at first, Soos decides to give her a chance, since he always felt bad for having almost killed her before. He thinks that even though she was a machine, does that mean she wasn't human? Plus, she doesn't have her powers as a human, so she can't go crazy destructive like before.

Well that is another interesting theory, Though part of me wonders if he could really pull it off, then again there are other methods then just his own power for him to do something like that, and that would be a interesting idea for a fan-fiction for her to become human.

Oh, and I came up with more on the Bill Cipher idea.
That Bill tells Giffany the reasons he survived is because she has a soul now, because according to the "Rues of the Universe", once any object gains sentience; the ability to see, feel and perceive things; they are automatically given a soul.
Once her A.I. had evolved to this point, Giffany got a soul without realizing it.
She wondered why it works this way, and Bill tells her that he's a demon, and it isn't his job or concern to worry about making souls; only torturing them.

Well i could see that, since some things seem to randomly come to life in Gravity falls, The Wax Statues, the Pinball machine, Goldy, Giffany, etc.
Though i have a feeling that she wouldn't really react well to that last line about torturing souls

yeah i can see that happening, having there wish granted would make most people forget about stuff like that.
Tsukumogami: are a race of Yokai that are born from inanimate object's, normally they only come to life after existing for 100 years, there personality's seem to be linked to how they were treated as lifeless object's (at least as far as i can tell).
(Yokai are a class of supernatural monsters in Japanese folklore.)
