Man, I really do love watercolors.
No specific species this time; I just like antelope shapes. c: This'll be my "It's the end of finals week, YAY!" picture.

I used the wet-on-wet technique here, which is achieved by putting down a layer of wet watercolor (yellow, for example) and applying another color around/over the wet area. The water itself blends the colors. 
And it was nearly two years ago when I scanned this, so I can't remember! ;.; Might have been 300DPI.

I like the abstract qualities. It looks a bit like a children's book illustration, but with a fine arts flair thrown in.

For this picture, I was lazy and used a severely cheap-o set of those 'cake' ones. xD
When I actually feel like getting dirty, I use a weird off-shoot brand that I received as a gift a few years back, in the tube form. :B

I use a set of Talens cakepans... I also have some Winsor-Cotman cakepans, but they have such a weird...feel to them. o0 It's so bizarre.

The Talens is nice; though I think it maybe they're a student brand. The Winsor pans though, they just have this plastic consistency and look to them.
