Finally, page one! Red before his angry cynic days... I'm overall pretty happy with this page, I've only drawn puppies once before and that was a long time ago. Hopefully that doesn't show to bad though.
The background took forever... but yes yes I'm very excited for the next page, (to make it of course) and from now on the comic's quality should only get better~!

I don't know if it's said before but... Some advice... Panel...2? With Red looking up... he looks a bit "derpish" or "walleyed". No offense. ; Try making his pupils look the same way, right now they're pointing in different directions... The other thing is, the dialogue. "Some meat from this week's kill." "Yummy!" First off, the first statement is a little common sense unless they've been eating plants or rotting carcasses or something different lately. Second, is his excitement to something that should be... monotonous in life. Of course he's eating meat from the week's kill. XD Why be excited about something that occurs every day? I think you should replace the mother's reply with a specific species, so his excitement could be because of taste preference.

That is, unless you've planned it out and it makes sense in the story. Either way, I'll be waiting for updates.

Yeah, you're right. This is old crud though, and the things that you've mentioned are things I plan to fix in re-pages. Though seeing that others notice this now is quite embarrasing. Thanks for your crit though!
