Shiverleaf is the slightly odd stallion of the Splashdancers.

When he first became the leader of his herd, he was a bit arrogant, egotistical, and a little vain (most stallions are).

And then he met the two loves of his life. These two mares both loved him as well, and so a deep rivalry formed between them. He, for the life of him, could not choose between them. He did not try to stop their arguments, as he enjoyed the attention.

He mated with both around the same time, and they foaled around the same time. But after Moon and Stump were born, their feuding intensified. Then one day, when he was out, they raged against each other. Distracting each other proved a fatal mistake. (details foggy)

Shiverleaf believes that he was the cause of their deaths and his guilt was overwhelming. He sank into a depression and drowned in his grief. He threw the half-brothers out, because every time he looked at them, he saw the mares he loved.

He still lives to protect his herd, but every now and then he feels remorse for what he did, and wonders how Moon and Stump are doing.

Wah that was soooo angsty. Total tragic romance cliche. I wonder how the rest of his herd fared while this little drama was being played out?

Moon and Stump were so different, so I took the easy way out and mashed them together. xD

If anyone saw a horse like him in RL, they'd freak. lol.
