There's no specific name for winged felines, but bird/cat crosses are often called Gryphons/Griffons.

Its a Photo Manipulation. The stock photos, wings in this case, are cropped onto a base stock, the tiger, and effects are added to ensure a clean product.

Really good, i like how flawed it looks (hope thats not offending) most pictures have sorta of imsopiibly perfect white wings on whatever animal this is really good
