no backstory for this one. i've been watching a starfinder TTRPG live stream by Dragons and Things and i was fascinated by the different races and player character options from the standard fantasy rpg, so i decided to draw a robot/mech solider warrior. i like the head, its from a scrap artwork i did that i was not proud of, so i borrowed it and i wanted his legs to be more angular a departure from my standard robot legs. for the arms i did a variation from my standard round shoulder sockets and made the elbow joints a lil diff. looked at a lot of diff robot designs to make the torso different as well as i feel i just repeat the same design over and over. the 18 wheeler exhaust stacks on his back are a knob to Optimus Prime, as i just think he needed something. i added scrapes and rust and worn marks here and there using the free brush set That Procreate released a month ago called "sweet treats" to get the right effect. the bed roll and bags are just there to make him look more like an adventurer and less like a random robot.
