Enter Ranger Sky-Rocket, with the power of self propulsion and his high tech bracers w/ built in machine guns and his trusty partner Spiffs the bulldog with a specially designed Speaker box that allows him to understand various languages and speak them back. this unlikely duo stands at the forefront of the secret war in America, insuring we have a safer tomorrow.

ok I have a problem...I love domino masks and long scarfs on my pulp characters, I CANT help it.
and the dog with a speaker-box......ok who wouldn't want one of those for their furry friend.
also don't ask me why but Spiffs voice sounds like Orson Welles
