Description
Tom Neville knew he was different from most boys his age, but it wast until he survived a house fire that took his entire family, with not a scratch on him, did he realize how much. Raised in a orphanage on the city's west side, the heart of the badlands did he vow to use his powers to help those that couldn't help themselves he now fights injustice and cruelty as a beat cop by day and by night as the larger than life the Pulp Hero with bullet proof skin.original pic
