Seriously, how do the songs about villains or just related to villainy turn out so catchy? Aviva really captured a sense of what mind control might feel like from the villains perspective, especially if they enter the contract willingly and still end up under straight up mind control...

Anyway, my own take on Scanner has had a design update, which is partially based on the cannon take on a version of Tracer that works for Talon. This design update keeps the cyborg elements, some of the scarring, and part of the outfit from both the original Scanner and my previous design iterations of an AU version of her. On the other hand, it also has part of the outfit, the hair, and the armor from "Operative Oxton" as the Overwatch devs decided to call the cannon version. The chronal accelerator, and the glasses/goggles are meant to be a mix of both designs, with hints of Overwatch 2 Tracer thrown in. I will also admit I'm not sure whether to give her the Jackalope horns of a Titanwng Synth or leave her a hornless Broadwing. Speaking of Talon Tracer, the Cannon version is from a Mirror Universe event where Overwatch consists of Talons "Prime" operatives and is lead by Doomfist, while Talon consists of Overwatches "Prime" agents and is lead by Mercy. Aside from "It's a mirror universe, deal with it", I have no clue why they decided to flip Tracers hairstyle, and put random spikes of villainy on her pistols of all things.
