Description The Sand Wraith, like the Woolly Howl, can live in some pretty desolate places, though in its case, that environment would be the desert. Again, a similar situation to the Woolly Howls could arise, albeit with attempts to prevent heat loss being replaced with attempts to cool off, and stay hydrated. This is not to mention that depending on the desert in question, there may be nowhere to hide, and/or traction problems for any people and/or vehicles that end up trying to escape this dragon if it were used as the antagonist in a horror movie. This might be exacerbated by a situation which oddly enough appeared in Wings of Fire... also to explain a terrifying antagonist (who was thankfully put down.) In this scenario, since there's so little water, and long dry spells between precipitation (assuming that the desert gets much precipitation at all), some Sand Wraiths could potentially get so dehydrated that they resort to drinking their own blood and/or other bodily fluids. This is not most likely not good for the dragons health, and may be used to explain the dragon turning insane, especially if they survived drinking their own bodily fluids for long enough to do so. Said dragon may then start to turn towards drinking the blood of other creatures, like the classic movie vampire, explaining why it would start hunting humans in a horror movie...
