I've been blocked because I don't support homosexuality. As long as they're not harassing/calling me names, I'm cool with gay people. I don't support their sexuality, but I'm not going to scream at someone for the choices they make, because that's justΒ rude -_-

Somewhere in the start of 2013, (this was at the time my English sucked andΒ was really broken) a femnist was calling me a kid because at that time i was kind of angry of the Things i saw on the internet.
I didn't really care for that really but here is where i went "...wtf..."
After i had told her one of my friends on DA was being attacked and harassed by feminazis she was all like "who gives a shit about your friend!"
I showed her some videos of TheΒ Amazing Atheist his videos on feminazis. she went all "You Watch that douchbag?! he's a rape apolegist!!"
Then she blocked me without even replying back.
Before i was like "meh" but now i'm So you are allowed to hate on me and rage out because i watched a man on YT? but i'm not allowed to hate on you?.

I know the feel. I very politely commented to someone once that maybe this site wasn't the best place for what she was posting (because it wasn't really art so much as cooking,) and not only did she block me without a word, other people who viewed that post proceeded to chew me out. I wasn't rude, I didn't say anything unpleasant to her. I just suggested that maybe this wasn't the right place. People can be so sensitive sometimes...

I never use the block button. I used it once a long time ago, but I've since removed the user's name from my blocklist. Nowadays, instead of having a blocklist, I have a blacklist. My "comment" section is in "list" form rather than "full view" form. So while I see the name of whoever wrote the message, I don't see the message itself until after I click on it. And if the message is written by somebody I consider "blacklisted", then I just dump the message without reading it.
