..as a pirate ?!I had to do it
the eye-patch was just yelling at me to do it ahha AND I finally drew a non-angsty Izzy !This is for ~sugerT 's contest, all you gotta do it draw her original character(s)

OH and I deeply apologize for burning your eyes with my horribly done background lol

LOL actually ! I was originally going to make Izzy a hardcore pirate with a sword, torn up clothes, y'know 'midst of battle' shot, and the outfit was MUCH different from this, but .. my feminine-ness took over and it was about damn time I made Izzy all dolled up

Pigment liner .. have you heard of micron pens or anything like that ? They're just like really thin markers made for outlining

Ooh yea, they take some time to get used to since you can't erase but they really make pictures look sharper, I definitely recommend getting something like them ^__^

Yea, iv been doing the bGs first recently, it really helps, cause when im about to color the people i never wanna do crap effort on them, theyre the heart of the picture :3

Wow, you're so detailed in the lineart and colouring. I like how you make the
sea, but it looks almost it had the same colour as the sky. What about next
time, try a different colour for the sky or darken the sea a little, that might help?
And, I just simply love the detailed clothing design and the BG is fine, better
than I could do D:
