For my lovely ~Kriista !Don't worry, I'll be drawing you a real gift eventually (:
People always ask me how long I take on my pictures, and obviously it depends on what I'm drawing and whatnot but I decided to try and keep track on this one, and from start to finish [ excluding my original attempt to colour this digitally ] it took more or less 8 hours I think

Wow talk about a lot of detail in this one. I really love how the bg turned out and the coloring is great. And do I spy the broken line art techniquic here? I looks great i really makes you eye move all around the picture. And the guy is cute to.

I love the coloring O.O Especially the background! The water looks perfect to just jump in on a hot day! The pose looks great! His eyes are really blue, the water in the background brings them out nicely

I think the arms add for a good motion to the picture. And I like the little details like in his choker/necklace thingie.. I'm never sure where the difference is. Also the little red cross on the shirt and the whistle are the small touches that help complete the lifeguard imaginary.
Wonder how much the number of visitors on the beach go up when he is on shift.

I know we talked about this before, but... *sigh* I wouldn't mind drowning at all as long as he's the one who saves me. *^* That's saying alot since I don't know how to swim so I'll probably drown once I step into deep water, haha
The coloring is excellent (when is it not?), and don't get me started on that killer bodeh~
I never noticed how orange-ish his hair is though! I always thought it was like a mixture between dirty blonde and a light-ish brown but I guess not, lol. xDD
