Two days ago, for the first time in my life, I beated the Elite Four. And I was so awesome at it, that in the end when I had beaten the champion, my walrein had 9 HP. About one pixel worth of health left. Was pretty beaten up in the end, but man! It felt great!

So, here's my winninge team! From left to right:

Icarus gardevoir, male: For some reason I find it amusing that the ralts I managed to catch was male, but it didn't really matter. He's pretty tough psychic, and also my team's substitute electric, as he was taught Shock Wave after I had beaten the electric gym.
Musha breloom, male: The dinosaur mushroom that drains hard and hits even harder. I got so into getting him past shroomish at the beginning that at one point he was almost ten levels higher than the rest of my team (except for my starter).
Thaura flygon, female: I needed something to teach the HM Fly to. And since I also wanted to have a ground type, trapinch was my weapon of choice. She consumed pretty much every Rare candy I had when she joined (needed it to earn wings as soon as possible) but it was worth it.
In here I decided to tweak her wings a bit. My inner voice told me that the squares they have in the official art couldn't carry it in the air, so I added bones into them, and a little bit of extra wing membrane to avoid the Hanging Butt Syndrome. Sorry for you all flygon fans for butchering the design a bit.
Katla blaziken, female: My starter and hardest hitter. This fire chicken actually used to be pretty bad when she was still a combusken. Her attacks weren't that good and she was pretty easy to knock out, but changing into blaziken turned it all upside down. She's badass now.
Kita mawile, male: I. Love. Steel type. Kita has pretty darn hard defence and he is immune to poison attacks and impossible to get poisoned, which is often really handy. As long as I remember to keep him out of fire, fighting or ground attacks, he shines with awesomeness. And besides, the little metal jawhorn is adorable.
Halli walrein, male: The whole team was already fully evolved when the little blue ball joined the crew, and he soon proved to be great. In the Elite Four fight he single handedly one hit K.O.ed Drake's (the dragon type user of the Elite Four, just before the champ) whole team. All of them. He even had luck to hit salamence with Blizzard, a move that usually misses right when you'd need it most (accurasy 70%). Love the big jolly pile of blue.
